Susan Anne Hollis,CA, PSA, has spent summers since childhood on Cape Cod. After earning her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Textile Design from the Rhode Island School of Design, Susan worked as a freelance fiber artist,before she began to paint professionally,working in both oil and pastel.
Her work has earned her status as a Copley Artist, a Signature member of the Pastel Society of America, the Pastel Society of Cape Cod, Connecticut Pastel Society, Pastel Painters of Maine and recognition as a Fellow of the American Artists Professional League. In addition to the above she has work accepted into national shows sponsored by The Catherine Lorrillard Wolfe Art Club, NY and the Hudson Valley Art Association ,NY.
Susan is represented on the Cape by Gallery Antonia of Chatham, Gallery 333 of Falmouth, and in Maine at The Allen David Gallery of Boothbay Harbor.
